At certain times of the year, due to the volume of enquiries, we utilise a call centre (The Contact People) to handle incoming telephone enquiries, the call centre will ask you for some non-sensitive information which will be relayed to TCD via email to our network of regional franchised branches. Our external call centre service provider is fully compliant with the GDPR and is registered with the ICO, registered number Z95798728.

We use the services of PAYPAL for processing and collecting credit card/debit card payments and as such, if you choose to make payment by this method, then we will be providing PAYPAL with your personal details to allow them to charge your credit/debit card. We don’t store your credit card details ourselves, they are stored by our payment processor, PAYPAL who have assured us they are GDPR compliant and details of their privacy policy can be viewed or downloaded by visiting PayPal
